Make-up and hair styling in my kitchen
At 8.15 on Saturday the always early make-up artist and hair stylist Emmelie Abelsson rings the door, waking us all up. Well, you know... it did become late serving dinner after 00.00.
Linda-Marie find here way by car in time and rang the bell minutes later.
So after breakfast my dinner table was turned into a make-up and hair studio. Maria L is also a make-up artist and hair stylist, and since Emmelie is often booked I wanted to find an new one to teach. The plan was have Emmelie and Maria side by side so Maria could learn stuff from Emmelie and we both could judge Maria. Well, at least find out where she was in the learning curve.
I always want to keep the crew on a set to a minimum, so I really prefer to have a combined make-up artist and hair stylist. It also economical on travel, and really good when you find your way of working together.
But Maria also "work" as a model. In this case that meant having an interestingly dressed make-up artist in the studio...
